Local Review Body Decisions - 3 March 2020

Some recent planning application decisions were taken to review by the applicants. These reviews have been heard by the Local Review Body, which comprises three Councillors with support from and independent planning advisor and the Council's legal service.

Planning Performance Framework 2018-19 (PPF8)

The Planning Performance Framework was developed by Heads of Planning Scotland in conjunction with the Scottish Government. The framework involves a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures to provide a toolkit of indicators. All planning authorities and SDPAs prepare PPF reports annually.

Changes in Planning Enforcement

Changes have been made to Planning Enforcement with the publication of the reviewed Planning Enforcement Charter and also the report a breach online form made available through MyPKC.
