Planning Forums
The Planning Users Forum was formed in April 2010 to help us ensure that that the Council is providing a quality planning service. We now also host a Housebuilders Forum. A wide range of users of Perth and Kinross' planning system attend the forum meetings, including representatives from Community Councils, developers, architects, PKC Councillors and planning staff.
National Planning Improvement Framework
The National Planning Improvement Framework (NPIF) is a new approach to measuring the performance of planning authorities and aims to enhance the performance of planning authorities in Scotland through structured self-assessment and improvement processes. The NPIF has replaced the previous Planning Performance Framework.
Planning Performance Framework 2011 - 2023
The Planning Performance Frameworks (PPFs) reported on a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures that demonstrate our level of performance and other aspects of our planning function between 2011 and 2023.
