Tenants can now choose from one of three options to tell us what you think your rent level should be for 2026/27.
As part of our annual rent setting process we are asking tenants to vote for their favoured rent level for the next financial year.
The rent level options were discussed at the Tenants' Autumn Conference. View the Tenant Autumn Conference 2025 presentation (PDF, 888 KB) that was given at the event.
You can complete the Rent Level Options Form we have sent to each household (with On The House magazine) and return it to us in the envelope provided, or, you can complete the rent level options for 2026/27 online form.
You also might be telephoned by our staff or by our consultants, The Knowledge Partnership, and asked to complete the consultation during the call.
Knowledge Partnership telephone calls will be made from 7 November to 22 December from:
- 10am to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday
- 11am to 6pm on Saturdays
- On Sundays from 12pm to 5pm
Tenants will see a number beginning with 0131 356 on their telephones.
Please only complete the consultation once. Every tenant who takes part has the chance to win one of four £50 shopping vouchers.
You have until Friday 19 December to complete your consultation and return it to us.
