Perth Ford and Classic Car Vehicle Show - Saturday 30 May 2026

The Perth Ford and Classic Car Vehicle Show will take place on Saturday 30 May within Perth City Centre from 10am to 3pm. With over 160 vintage and classic cars on display, some changes to normal arrangements should be expected to keep disruption to a minimum.   

Road closures

The following road closures, alongside parking restrictions, will be in place from 7am on Saturday 30 May 2026:

  • Tay Street
  • George Street
  • St John Street 
  • High Street  
  • King Edward Street

Local diversions will be in place. Pedestrian thoroughfare and emergency access will be maintained.  All road closures will be removed as soon as possible after the event, and all roads will be open to traffic once the infrastructure is cleared. 

Toilets

The Changing Place facility in the Council Building, 2 High Street will be available from 9am to 4pm. Public toilets are available throughout the city centre. 

City of Perth Salute - Sunday 28 June 2026

The City of Perth Salute brings the atmosphere and sound of a military parade and arena show into the heart of the city, running from midday until 5pm and free to enjoy.

The event begins with a parade from Thimblerow Car Park to the North Inch, followed by performances from massed pipe bands and specially-invited acts. Around the arena, the Salute Fringe adds to the day with military vehicles, re‑enactors, markets and street food, creating a lively, family‑friendly event with plenty to see and do.
