Subject: Letters sent at the request of Council

Purpose

To keep Councillors informed of actions as a results of motions/requests, sharing copies of letters sent by the Council Leader at the request of Council and responses received.

Letters and responses

• Request for SEPA to be instructed to introduce a weight limit on the amounts of phosphorous permitted to be deposited into Loch Leven, and that far tighter controls are introduced to stop untreated sewage being deposited into Loch Leven and all such overspill events are recorded and reported
