We want to continue to improve our Housing Services and would like your views to help us decide what to prioritise when we spend the money you pay through your rent.
We are currently carrying out a consultation to help us understand your experiences as a tenant.
It's very important we know what matters to you when it comes to how we invest in your home and in the housing services we deliver.
The questions in the consultation are based on what tenants have previously told us they would like to see their rent money spent on. As well as the options included in the consultation, we will continue to increase the number of homes we make available through our new-build and buy-back programmes. This remains a key priority for tenants.
We will share the results of this survey at the Summer Tenant Conference on 25 June. At the event, you will be able to ask Housing managers questions about spending priorities.
Your comments, suggestions and ideas will allow us to develop a number of rent level options for next year to deliver your priorities. You will have the opportunity to vote on these options later this year.
