Elections for Community Councils are held every 3 years. Between this time local residents can petition for an election to establish or re-establish a Community Council, and by-elections may be held to fill vacancies.If you care about the area you live in and want to make a difference, then get involved by standing for your local Community Council.

The nomination period for Kinross Community Council By-Election has been extended for a further 10 days. If you live within the community council area and interested in becoming a community councillor please do complete a nomination form.
Following the close of nominations for Rannoch Community Council election, 7 valid nominations for the 8 vacancies were received therefore no election by ballot is required.
