Perth & Kinross Council Housing Services is committed to listening to you and using your views to continually improve the services we provide.
To help us achieve this we regularly carry out tenant satisfaction surveys. In 2022/23 we commissioned independent market research company Knowledge Partnership to carry out a tenant satisfaction survey on our behalf.
They carried out a mixture of face-to-face and telephone interviews with the selected sample of tenants. The survey was carried out between February 14th and April 1st 2022 and 1,000 tenants were interviewed, comprising 42.2% of all sampled tenants.
Tenants were asked how satisfied they were with housing services against a number of national key indicators set by the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Next steps
These results will be analysed in detail to see how our services can be further improved in areas where tenants expressed the highest levels of dissatisfaction.
Our locality teams will work with tenants in their local community to progress any proposed actions so that we can continue to work together to drive further improvements within the housing service.
2023/24 Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Our 2023/2024 Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now gathering feedback from tenants, using a series of monthly surveys carried out by our consultant the Knowledge Partnership.
The questions on the surveys are in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter, which sets out the standards and outcomes that tenants can expect from us a social landlord in terms of the quality and value for money of the services you receive, the standard of your home, and opportunities for communication and participation in the decisions that affect you.
The Knowledge Partnership is currently calling and visiting tenants so we can get your feedback on what matters to you.
If you have any questions about the survey, please call your Locality Housing Team on 01738 476000 (option 2).
Tenants have been picked at random to take part, and the Knowledge Partnership will contact you if you are chosen. Interviews will last no longer than 10 minutes, and all responses will be treated as anonymous and confidential.
We would encourage you to provide feedback on our service if you are contacted. The information is invaluable in helping us to improve our services.
