Your Tenant Conferences

Every year Perth & Kinross Council tenants are invited to attend Tenant Conferences to hear the latest developments of the Housing services as well as voice their opinions on priorities.

Summer Tenant Conference 2021

An online version of the Summer Tenant Conference will take place on Thursday 17th June 2021, from 11am-1pm.

Items on the agenda include:

  • Feedback from the Your Rent, Your Priorities, Your Choice consultation being carried out in May 2021
  • Gathering further information on your spending priorities for Housing Services
  • An update on the challenges faced by the Repairs Service during the pandemic, and what we are doing to catch-up on a backlog of non-urgent repairs jobs
  • A Q&A with Housing Managers

Some information will be available online for tenants to view ahead of the conference, so you can think about your spending priorities.

The event will be held online on Microsoft Teams and all you need to be able to take part is an email address and a smartphone, tablet, laptop or other internet-enabled device.

If you would like to join in please contact Kevin Heller on 07880 095411 or email kheller@pkc.gov.uk. Kevin will provide you with all the support you need to take part.

You can join in discussions or just sit and listen - it's totally up to you how involved you want to be.

From the discussions on rent priorities at least three rent options will be developed for 2022/23 rent levels. These will go out for further consultation with all tenants before a final rent level is agreed by Housing & Communities Committee in January 2022.
