Tenant & Resident Participation in Localities

As recommended by our Service User Review and Evaluation Team (SURE Team), we are working more closely with tenants in each of our four localities. Each locality has a designated Tenant and Resident Participation (TRP) Worker tasked with being available for local tenants, promoting TRP locally and with tackling any local issues around TRP.

Letham and Hillyland (Letham, Hillyland, Double Dykes and Fairfield)

TRP Worker

Tenants in Letham area are welcome to join an online chat on the first Thursday of every month between 3-4pm. The online coffee mornings cover a range of discussions led by you. Tulloch and Hillyland Tenants and Residents are invited to an online chat and coffee morning on the first Thursday of every month between 10.30am - 11.30am There will be information on how to get more involved in your locality and with PKC groups, forums and conferences. You can meet members of the Tulloch Community Group and join in discussions and consultations with them. Please email Jan for further information or call 07967 749326.

North Perthshire (Highland Perthshire, Blairgowrie & Rattray, Coupar Angus & Alyth)

If you would like to join our online coffee mornings on the second Tuesday of every month, from 10am-11am just drop your email address to Kevin or call him for an online invite to be sent to you. Chat and blether about what is happening in your neighbourhood and what matters to you.

Perth City (Bridgend, City Centre, Craigie, Errol, Friarton Glencarse, Inchture, Invergowrie, Leetown, Longforgan, Moncreiffe, Muirton, North Muirton, and Scone)

Perth City Tenants and Residents are invited to an online coffee morning on the last Tuesday of every month from 10.30am-11.30am. The coffee morning will cover a range of discussions led by you, and there will information on how to get involved in your community. Just pop in online, meet new people and have a chat. South Perthshire (Kinross-shire & Strathearn)

TRP Worker

Tenants who live in South Perthshire are invited to a virtual coffee morning where you can have a chat with fellow tenants and let your local TRP Team member, Kevin Heller know about any issues you are experiencing which the TRP team can look at with you. These events take place on the first Tuesday of each month at 10.30am until 12pm on Microsoft Teams. To attend email Kevin in advance. Homeless Drop-in Evening Online

This online group might appeal to people who are currently, or have experienced, homelessness previously. It might also be interesting for people who would like to help tackle homelessness. There is a rolling programme in place where services from PKC and the third sector will pop in and provide information about current issues The group runs every Tuesday evening between 6-7pm. Members of the Homeless Voice Association are  available to discuss what consultation work and projects they are currently involved in.
