Outdoor sports pitches which are owned and managed by the Council and are available for public use.
Hiring a sports pitch
Sports pitches and their related facilities in Perth and Kinross are available to hire within a specific timeframe only. These may be viewed on our sports pitches map.
Our booking conditions and application form must be completed, signed and returned to us by 1 July 2024 at the latest.

Changing facilities
Owners and operators must consider all the implications of opening the facilities and should put plans in place to ensure the safety of all users, staff, and volunteers.

Hire of school facilities
There are separate arrangements for requesting the use of pitches on school or community campus sites, which may also attract a fee. Both school and campus pitch use must be requested via Education and Children's Services and more details can be found on our Hire of school facilities page.
Outdoor events
In some cases events are staged in parks which may include sports pitches, in these rare circumstances it may be necessary for scheduled matches to move to an alternative pitch and we will advise you accordingly.
