Residents of Rannoch & Tummel have identified a need for social, business and shared spaces on their doorstep. The Hub is the solution. Rannoch Community Trust is delivering on this much longed for project which will be at the heart of the Highland Perthshire community.
Community-led and community-owned The Hub is a great example of local residents identifying a need in their area and coming together to make it a reality. The Trust are accessing public services and funding options to invest in the project, working with Perth & Kinross Council to complete a community asset transfer of the former Kinloch Rannoch Outdoor Centre, and successfully securing funding from the Scottish Land Fund Award and the UK Government's Community Ownership Fund.
The people of Rannoch & Tummel are working hard to make their dreams of a community facility a reality, and The Hub will provide a focus for local neighbourhoods, volunteers and businesses to deliver for all residents.
