Food labelling

In the first instance we advise that you refer to guidance on the Food Standards Scotland website for information relating to the labelling of food.   You may also consider employing a food consultant who specialises in these matters. 

Please note it is the responsibility of the food business operator to ensure that they are complying with the law.
