Street trading licence
A licence is needed by any person who carries on street trading, to any person in a public place in or from a vehicle, kiosk or moveable stall, whether as an employee or self-employed.
Trading from a vehicle, kiosk or moveable stall which is on the valuation roll does not require a street trader licence.
View guidance notes for a street trader licence [30Kb] for more information on what street trading covers and exemptions.
