Licensing of Sexual Entertainment Venues under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 45C (as modified by Section 76 of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015)

Any business or community group intending to exhibit a film must apply for a licence.

Section 33 of The Deer (Scotland) Act 1996 requires that venison dealers in Scotland must be licensed. There is an application fee which must be paid at the time the application is made.

Any exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism on any person within Perth and Kinross requires the authorisation of the Local Authority as set out in the Hypnotism Act 1952.

Under the Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992, persons in control of premises have a duty to notify the local authority in writing with details of any 'notifiable devices'.
